How Vivariom orders are produced
Vivariom art prints are produced on demand. This means your print is sent to production after your order is confirmed, helping us avoid unnecessary inventory and overproduction.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days. During busy periods or in exceptional circumstances, production may take slightly longer.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates depend on the destination, production location and carrier. The estimate shown at checkout or in your order information is the estimate applicable to your order.

Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly stated.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and order and are displayed before you confirm payment at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available for the selected shipment, you will receive tracking information after the order has been dispatched. Tracking events can sometimes take time to update after the carrier first receives the parcel.
International orders, customs and import charges
Orders may be shipped from a production location selected according to the destination and production network. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or handling charges may be imposed by the destination country unless the checkout expressly states that they are included.
Where such charges are not collected by Vivariom at checkout, they are normally payable to the relevant authority or carrier by the recipient.
